Aharoni Setting a Table
What to do when you're having a hard time selecting a representative, choice example from a book full of recipes that you're crazy about? The book "Aharoni Potayah Shulhan" ("Setting a Table," Modan Publishing) is simply a collection of good food that reminds us how Nelli Sheffer knows how to photograph food. His pictures could drive a dieting person nuts. The categories are traditional and the richness is tremendous. Many types of cuisine grace the pages. There are pancakes and French toast, Chinese pasta and chicken with couscous.
